When I use the Search page, the product I'm looking for does
not appear on the results, even though I know it is on
the site. What gives?
In order to return the most relevent results on the Search page, not every
possible size and varation of the product is displayed. For instance, if
you search for "t-shirt" you receive 13 results, one for each
variety of shirt. At the bottom of the Search Results page there is a link
titled "Note: Some products may have been omitted from
this search. Click here to view all possible results." -
clicking this link will broaden your search results to include all sizes
of t-shirts, returning 50 results. Similarly, searching by stock number
for "ASQ210" will return no results because only one size of
that product group is displayed in the online Catalog listing. Clicking
the link to view all possible results will find it.
